Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Services Once Work Commences

Because our design products (including Tech Packs, Capsule Collections, and custom garment designs) involve immediate allocation of dedicated design labor and intellectual property creation, all sales are final and non-refundable once design work has commenced or initial concepts/drafts have been delivered.

As a digital service provider, we do not accept returns of physical goods. All refunds are governed solely by the cancellation policy outlined below.

2. Order Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us at contact@fff2025.shop within 24 hours of purchase and prior to the submission of your project brief / kick-off meeting. If work has not yet started, a full refund may be issued minus a 5% payment processing fee.

3. Design Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

While we do not offer monetary refunds after work has begun, we are committed to client satisfaction. Each package includes a specified number of design revision rounds (as outlined in your selected service plan) to ensure the final deliverables align perfectly with your vision.
